YES! Tonight is the night! Here we go! Songwriting, music, open-mic-ness, openness, sharing... all of it. The Mot Juste series is starting tonight (Wednesday, Sept. 10th) at 8pm at the London Music Club. The LMC is located at 470 Colborne, just North of the Moca Shrine; things will be taking place in the the Front Room.
I'm am thrilled that our resident icon Maureen (Moe) Sullivan (of Lava Lamps fame) will be joining me at the inaugural night of the series, to share her thoughts on songwriting, play a little and hang out. Things will be informal and formal and pretty well in keeping w/ my character. Moe and I will start things off at 8pm, playing a bit and talking a bit. We'll then open the stage to the audience. At around 10pm, Moe and I will likely contribute some more "wisdom", and then open the stage again. Things will finish c. midnight.
